Day 4 re-induction...All is well..Weather is nice today so getting outside and working in the yard for some exercise while I can.Winterizing the motorhome and getting it ready for storage.
Buffalo chicken in crock-pot for dinner.

Hi Nonna - Just wanted you to know that I tried chicken breast in egg wash and grated cheese and it was very good. The cod will be on the menu for Monday (maybe). Thanks again.

gg,I hate the end of summer,I am not a snow bunny.Winter finds me curled up in front of the wood stove with a good book. Buffy,Glad you liked the egg wash with grated parm.Works great with talipa too.I like it much better than pork rinds as they can be a little over-powering.
