How are you recording it now? I put it in under snacks at the end of the day.... or are you talking about keeping track throughout the day of how much you are drinking? I use small hair ties and put one on my bottle each time I fill it up. I know that each hair tie represents 2 cups...I just started that today, seems to have gone ok :) Good luck!
