my half-hearted efforts reap half-hearted results. i exercise a lot daily and my food intake is "fairly" healthy, but i go wrong with portion control and eating too much cheese which is one of my addictions. (smiling) i've been on a forever plateau and know the things i should do. but during a long period of stress i feel lucky that i've managed as well as i have under the circumstances. my main goal is making good choices to maintain my good health. to me, that's the priority. wishing all a happy, healthy day.
