Well I hit what I can only describe as a setpoint for almost 2 weeks. It might be a good idea to go into Phase 3 now. However, I'm thinking of experimenting. I might want to mix these two last successful diets. Maybe instead of going into Phase 3, which is basically low carbing, I could do LC JUDDDD. That way, I could still slowly lose while letting the hCG out of my system. Then, I could resume the protocol in several weeks. Hmmm.. yes. I think I may be doing that.
