The soup was delicious Erin, even if it did need salt!! I didn't realize how crappy the pic of the bag of ground turkey was until it uploaded...oh well LoL

Val...I'm eating the soup daily until it's gone, as I didn't make much. some foods just can't be cooked as a single serving, so it goes in the freezer for whenever. I'm trying hard to not buy "prefab food" LoL
