The scale said 68.35kg today, which is better than the 70.25kg it spiked to on Monday morning. That's what eating lots of good stuff and having 3 ciders during the Symphonia concert in the park on Sunday. It was a lovely family atmosphere and quite good weather this year, but the fireworks display at the end was a disappointment compared to the 3 years we've been before. Wonder if we'll go again next year. It kind of marks the end of summer for me, so I'm looking forward to autumn and ticking off some more adulting tasks before Christmas.
