I'm trying to incorporate more protein in my diet. I'm mostly a vegetable eater. I like tofu marinated in salsa. Can you give me some ideas for what to eat it with.

So many great tofu recipes out there. I add to stir frys, spaghetti sauce and occasionally to my lunchtime smoothie.
