as i carried a 20 lb watermelon to my car this morning, it was a reminder of why my recent post about wanting to quit all this will never happen. as i struggled with it, i realized how my body felt when it was carrying that many extra pounds. my poor body! wishing all a happy, healthy labor day weekend.
