Wow! Recently my weight has been going crazy lol! TOM is almost gone and of course I went back to my lower weight of 136 lbs. 1 more pound to go and then maintain the healthy weight. I got sick over the weekend and it was not easy, but I am recovering and despite all the weekend was very good. I even went to gym and did 50mins on the bike, burned 250 kcal.. a nice workout without putting in too much effort, working on recovering fast! So, let the November begin... .. .
