I just completed my first 8-week journey yesterday. It wasn't always easy; life threw curveballs. The most challenging part for me was changing my bad habits. I am proud of myself. Even though I didn't reach my goal, I have changed my life. Slowly but steadily, I have transformed my bad habits into good ones. I started following a healthy nutrition plan, exercising, and making sure to get 8 hours of sleep. I still have a long road to walk until I reach my final goals, but I will celebrate all small victories.
