Being a realist here....your lungs need approx. 500 CALORIES A DAY just to perform their function - breathing!! If you smoke (anything inhaled by the lungs), exercise daily, are medically overweight or are under any type of stress...the lungs NEED more calories just to help you breathe!!
I have COPD and I'm overweight, so my breathing function is seriously impared and I must consume more calories - just . to . breathe . every . single . day!!

How horrible Nadja. I had pneumonia several years ago and experienced what it’s like to not breathe normally. I can’t imagine living with that everyday. And yet you are out working with massive mounds of wood chips and large gardens. You are an inspiration. 🥰

LoL Val_Lily...at this stage in my life, I have 3 choices with what I do with my home/property.
Work on it, neglect it or sell it. I'm not ready to give it up yet...so I do the best that I can - just like my attempt at weightloss!😁
