Tofu and miso soup for lunch

Salad 🥗🥗🥗, kimchi, Yama-imo (Japanese yam) with salted seaweeds, broiled shishamo(smelt)🐠, fried chikuwa (fish cakes), apple 🍎 and nuts 🥜 for dinner
44.7 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
