day 2 of sugar war going well. i'm going for moderation and considering that i'm the sugar queen of the universe, moderation will be like no sugar for most people. sometimes i sit back and wonder why i'm on this lifestyle change journey. after 13 years on sparkpeople, and another 3 on my fitness pal, i can point to two major advantages. not weight loss, but for me, i maintained the same weight throughout that time. most importantly, i stayed healthy by making healthier choices. but i get tired of tracking exercise and food daily. in a fitness/weight obsessed society, i'm just tired of thinking about this all the time. i just want to relax, make the right choices, and live my life without constant attention to it all. at first, i didn't know that these journal entries are public on here. i thought they were just private entries. thanks for reading and wishing you a happy, healthy day.

Have a great day! I support your efforts, and I know what you mean about constantly logging being work. I rarely do it, but just once in a while to make sure that my regular routine of eating is remaining in my goal range (and it always is). I use my Fitbit to keep track of calorie burn and exercise now, instead of a weight loss app/website, since all the changes. It is hard to keep up with on a new site. I appreciate the support I am being given and feel I am getting to know some people on here, that is a plus. I can offer support too.

I get tired of logging and weighing and tracking too but when I don't I fail.
