i'm starting my war with sugar - again. day 1 today was successful and i am setting this goal for august and beyond. i don't know how many times i've battled sugar. sometimes trying for moderation. other times trying for eliminating altogether. since i was successful with caffeine (this is my 4th year without it) after many tries, i know i can do well with sugar. i've read that each time you attempt something new, even if you fail, you are establishing neural patterns that will help you succeed in the future. i am also going to try being consistent in coming here even though this site does not let me post pics. my computer is just not compatible with its format. thanks to all who've responded to my prior posts. i just now saw that i even had any.
