I can't wrap my head around it.
Last time I did Atkins/low carb the weight flew off. Now? So slow. Slower than slow. A pound a week?
My weight loss is the equivalent to a mild calorie restricted diet.
I'm killing myself working out daily because I wasn't losing before I started working out.
It's so hard not to be discouraged. I can't help but feel like I'm doing something wrong.

1 suggestion I might offer,, is stop with the workingout . Nutrition should be your main focus , Nutrition is 80% of a weight loss plan, exercise is 20% . Get your nutrition in order save the Working out for later . Your wasting your time .

I agree when your caloric count burned through exercise out weighs the amount of calories your putting in the weight loss process halts because your body is showing a severe deficit and thinks your starving and holds on to the weight. Cut back on the amount of exercise or up the caloric just a tad. Your body will lose weight when it doesnt feel like your in starvation mode.

I would disagree that stopping workouts is a solution, IMO fitness is part of the health/weight loss package. However it's true that weight loss is primarily about what we eat. Are you carefully weighing / measuring everything you eat and recording it all accurately? Count your carbs carefully. Maybe cut them back strictly for a while to be sure you're hitting the induction phase and getting into ketosis full swing.

I ate around 1200 calories a day, worked out at least 5 days a week, ate low carb and lost about 2 lbs a week for a year. More right at the beginning. I ate pretty much meat and veggies with good fats. I notice you eat spam, bacon bits, powdered creamer, tuna in water. I might try changing that up a bit. What I ate was more beef, pork, chicken. Tuna in oil? I don't like tuna so not sure but maybe in oil is better? I also do intermittent fasting which I think helps.
