Never thought this day would come and I am so so Happy 30Kg loss has arrived my Journey doesn't end here I am going to set another 10kg goal so here I go
88.8 kg Lost so far: 30.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
