debbra's Journal, 27 Oct 09

I want to lose my belly! It's like a bowl full of jelly! I just read that I have a male-type body, since I gain weight in my tummy, and that I, like men, have a higher chance of get obesity-related illnesses. I already knew this, but I thought I'd write it (out loud)! Well, at least I did my 90 minutes on the treadmill today. But I find myself wandering to the fridge. Harrumph! And kids' homework is taking too long and stressing me out! (Thanks for listening to my daily dose of complaint.) :)

Honestly, isn't it ridiculous when our kids' homework stresses us out more than it does them?? Good for you for your 90 minutes! That's awesome!

Ninety minutes is fabulous! Did you do that AFTER you finished the homework? One day last week, I helped my son with his homework for THREE hours!! After that, I really needed a workout. It can be stressful, I understand!

Kids homework today is SO much worse than when I was in school. Keep your stress in check because it can add weight to you. 90 minutes, awesome work!

Ninety minutes is great! Keep it up. Stay online if it helps you stay away from the fridge.
