weigh-in tomorrow morning. Didn't fast yesterday so doing my 0-cal fast today. Mid-week fasts are better than Monday fasts, I think.
I think I'm going to alternate day fasts since I'm feeling bloated since my half marathon on sat. Maybe I'l do another this weekend. I find them very chilled. Which goes to show that being a daily runner means that when you gooi in a casual 21kms, your body is actually okay with it. weird.
Also and no diary! It bloats me and I need to accept this now. I've been in major denial about this. haha
