Honestly I haven't weighed myself in awhile mostly because I know it's going to be bad I haven't been eating right and my clothes are getting tight. Got to get back to it. My digestive system is all out of wack. New shift hours at work so I am getting more sleep and more physical activity so if I just can get back to eating right it should come off again. But menopause makes it hard this time around. My old shift I would be lucky if I slept 5 hours a night now I get at least 7.
