This has been a very difficult week for me. I was emotionally eating and stopped biking to work... the end result was no weight loss and I gained more. **Frustrated ~ but I know why, I just don't know how to stop it when it happening the emotional eating.
114.8 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 35.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

It's a behavior. Behavior can be changed. It just takes time. Google some articles on "emotional eating behaviors" and see if any might help you. The first step is becoming aware of your emotional eating. So you are on you way. Good luck!
