Hang in there. The only fail is quitting. I shed weight super slow.

Thanks. I suck at this since there are more times than not I forget to be mindful of what I eat. I haven’t had weight gain until my 2018. Before then was when I first started college. It was so much easier to lose back then. I just had to exercise. Now it’s more about what I eat.
