I went to gym last night, eat well and was prepared, even tho I was tired. Once I started running on a treadmill I suddenly got such a heartburn like never before.. I slowed down to walk and it would not go away. It frustrated me so much, I was only able to do 200 kcal on treadmill and then 2 machines for inner & outter thighs... 80 reps on each. No ab workout, no lower back workout, no arms workout.. it sucks...
Today at work I am very grumpy, people are idiot, everyone is rude and impolite on the phone.. I just feel like telling them off...
The weight side is good! 136.5 lbs this morning.. that is my record so far and I am hoping to get a new one very soon!
Oh well.. at least I can say it's Friday. If anything that gives me a relief... and tonight is the gym time again. The weekend will be spent in resting and getting my energy back! No intentions of going to gym so I don't over do it and hurt myself.
Ok... that's about it for now... hope the days ends better than in started!

Anne! How are you doing?! I hope all is ok with you. It's ok, I did not give up one I was on the treadmill, I just slowed down and reached my goal of 200 kcal.. which is still good, with all that pain!
