I went to my 1st weight doctor two weeks ago. she said that even though I got myself to eating 1700 calories a day, 2-3 days per week I should eat about 1500. I went to my 2nd nutritionist today, where I lost another pound. She stated that she thinks 1700 is too low and that I absolutely should not go below that as a routine unless I completely stall out at 1700 calories per day. She even suggested eating more than that some days. What should I do?
Example lunch for today: Rey Azteca grilled steak strips w/ peppers, onions, and tomatoes and Spanish rice.

I would eat at the highest caloric count to lose 1 or 2 pounds per week. Also, what you eat matters as well, meaning 1700 calories with natural, whole foods that you cook yourself (fruit, veggies, lean meats) is a lot more satiating than 1700 calories of takeout and packaged foods.
