I need to lose weight already!!! Argh

Yeah I log them all, I slip a little at weekends as I'm a lot more busy and tend to forget. It's just frustrating that I'm not losing much! Xx

some weeks it can stay still and then have a good loss im sure if you kee going you will soon see the scales moving. i had 3 weeks stayed same i got so down and moved the scales and got on and i had lost. worth a try lol
