Almost to my final weight goal and trying to figure out what maintenance will look like! Need to figure out how many calories I can increase to per day and start some yoga or stretching to limber up. Looking forward to summer for sure I feel better than I have for years!!
57.3 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
