I was away the weekend and went to the Pudding Club. So on Saturday night I had 7 puddings, one after the other. I'd booked this trip months ago, long before I started my diet. Luckily it hasn't affected me too much, as I left it a couple of days before I weighed myself, and I've lost another pound. So I'm really pleased I haven't done any damage. Plus, I have no desire for anything sweet any more, and I'm glad I'm back to my usual Carnivore way of eating. Back on the straight and narrow from now on. I'm now 16 stn. 1 lb.
