I am SOOOOO EXCITED! I lost weight!! I am drinking a gallon of water a day! I've been munching a little more then I should but I munch on cheese sticks or peppers and cucumbers...not nachos and chips. I have a healthy breakfast of egg whites or oat waffles with fruit, salad for lunch with yogurt and berries, then a few snacks and salad with chicken for dinner.
I can do this!
