Well... went to the gym with my sister. We walked in and left at the same time, but at no point did we work out together yesterday. We do different workouts! But today we joined a water aerobics class. Though I swam yesterday for one hour and did 17 minutes on the incumbent bike.. today wore me out! ! But I'm happy to bring back at the gym. My sister won't be joining me there for a while, she was on a guest pass. She already has a membership at the Y. It's all good... We can encourage each other in other ways! peace today for all
