my 10 days of daily 21hour dry fasts and daily 5kms runs come to an end tomorrow.
I've been eating between 7pm and 10pm.


Havent weighed myself but my face looks less puffy and I feel less puff.
overall. less puffy and a renewed sense of body respect.

Feeling my body get more and more used to running at 5pm after not eating the night before has been an enlightening experience.

Not that I want to repeat this experience anytime soon.
