In one month I have gained 1.4kg of muscle and lost 5.4kg of body fat. My body fat percentage dropped from 32.8 to 28.4

Hi Pinkatt! Thanks for your support. Our gym has InBody scan machine. So I get to stand on it once I month to check my progress. 😉
