Last night was tough. I wanted something sweet so bad!But I made it through without giving in. I'm noticing I have more cravings this week. I really didn't have any my first week of Keto..but this week has been different! Plus it doesn't help when I am cooking for my family and they are eating Mac and Cheese, greasy burgers, and fries...gahhhh I have one son that is doing Keto with me, and one son that is Carbo Loading like crazy. It's a catch 22!

Increase your fat when having cravings - avocado, almonds, Fat Bomb, hard boild egg...that sometimes helps.
