The weekend was ok... today is ok also. Having some delicious veggies again for lunch... I discovered the Essentials from Green Giant... very good stuff, it steames in microwave... love it! Low calorie meal, very rich in Vitamines A & C.. I am a meat lover, but this lunch is very yummi and healthy!
Should be re-starting the workouts at the gym today... wooho.. it's a very special day, the one that makes you break the habit and attend gym again on a regular basis! Gotta do it!
