on the day of the harrisburg game, i stuffed my face with lunch that was 1700 cal. i was so stuffed when i left and there was no reason to eat it all. all i had to do was leave the chicken breast, eat half the yuca, & half as much mayo (although i overestimated here just in case), i could hae saved 650 cal and not been so stuffed!
i think the chicken basket on the way home with the blizzard was reasonable even if a lot of cal. i didnt have any healthy options and that. blizzard was calling my name. def didnt need it after my crazy wedding indulgence
