I went to dinner with a friend last night and had chili/beans as a side with my salad. Between that and that I (oops) had almost no water yesterday, the scale is up temporarily. Wasn't going to log it but might as well since I know what it is.
This morning is raining and cold, yay. Still better than where my dad is - 1 degree F at 7:20am.
Goal today is to down my required water and hopefully get in my 8000 steps regardless of the weather. If it stays bad all day, might have to borrow a treadmill access. Only got about half my goal steps yesterday due to social activities. Completely worth it ;)
