Okay, I've decided to adjust my daily macros.
Out with the old (unattainable) macros: Fat: 212-232 grams Protein: 144-173 grams Carbs: 0-5 grams
In with the new (more attainable) macros: Fat: 240 grams Protein: 120 grams Carbs: 0-10 grams
I'm so full all the time that I am really struggling to eat all this food, especially since I am so used to eating only one meal a day. I naturally do OMAD simply out of habit. I need to incorporate 2 other meals into my day, at least for now, while I am in Feasting mode to prime the pump to return to various fasting modes. If it must be done to change, then I must change what I am doing.
Next, I need to learn about Zone 2 exercising and what a lactate meter is. That sounds...gross. Whatever. I don't care, but whoever chose that name in the Marketing Department is a perv.
