I am on day 4 of the clense from www.getyouinshape.com and I feel great! I stepped on the scale after 3 days and was down to 203! Wholy crap! I am getting close to my first milestone... 200lbs! I have also worked out 4 days straight this week (Boot camp and cardio on my own), never done that before... I plan to go tomorrow and also Saturday morning.
