Thank Rishi. I’ve been completely committed to this ever since I joined this sight. It truly is motivating to share our journeys with others facing the same challenges. Nothing goes into my mouth without logging it so I always know my calorie intake and consumed protein. I’ve been consuming 1000-1100 cal daily. I’m full with that. I also drink 2.5 litres of water daily and do my stepper daily and am up to 18500 steps a day. Every week I increase my daily steps by 1000. It’s just a low impact stepper but it gets me sweating. I pray I can keep up the momentum.

Crazy we all are going through different scenarios we got to fit with what works for us. Just keep up.

My son really likes these bars. Personally, I consider them more of an energy bar than a protein bar, just because of the higher calories than say Quest or Kirkland bars. I steal one from the boy every once in a while though. They are tasty 😋

Thank you everyone. StomachMonkeys yes I agree with you on the high calorie energy bar thing but in a sweet fix when you have enough calories to spare like you say, it was a tasty treat! I would not have indulged if it didn’t also hit the protein mark of 20 g to add to my dietary intake. Kind of a win win for yesterday’s kind of day! 🤩😋
