I can't believe that from yesterday to today I lost 3 pounds but I guess having to go to the bathroom helped. I was a little shocked this morning when I go on the scale. I am excited but shocked. I really did not do much this past weekend though. I just can't seem to get in the grove of doing those situps or crunches but I plan to do them tonight as well as making my plan for cleaning my apartment. I did however do a lot of paperwork this past weekend. It was way over due and I do feel some relief from the pile of paperwork that was taking over my home office. I just need to tackle the rest of the apartment.
