I am in need of a little encouragement. I have done so well for 3 months and now I want to cheat once a week and not because the food I am craving tastes better than the food I have been eating. I think it is all a mental thing but it is driving me crazy. I have not put on any weight but I have not seen the numbers dropping either. I feel so good when I eat good and I have felt so bad lately. I don't even know why I am chosing to eat the foods I have been. I am pretty good over all but felt so much better when I was chosing the right foods all the time.

STOP IT!!!! When you feel like eating food your not allowed go for a walk, read a book, EXERCISE, stop and think why you want that forbidden food are you stressed, bored ?????. You've come this far, so you know you can do it. Think about how good you feel eating all the right foods and how much more weight you'll lose. YOU CAN DO IT!!! Get back on the right track:)
