Only lost .8 this week. Not doing exercise has really taken its toll on my weight loss. Hopefully next week I'll be motivated to get up and do some!

I try not to be. But seeing a week of exercising compared to a week of not really shows me how important it is and felt bad I couldn't keep it up.
