會強調照正常的餐吃就對了
就是因為大多會⋯
1.少量多餐莫名的會變成多量多餐還會外加零食
2.間歇斷食是莫名的用餐時間到就會變得量大⋯⋯
我覺得這個都是心理因素因為會覺得自己多久沒有吃或者是每餐只有吃一點點
再加上身體的機制反應
所以依據我的經驗正常的餐正常的量7分飽就可以了
