I tried to chart calories protein and fiber at the convention I was at, but I also hit a pr deadlift (315) so I cannot really complain. I will be leaving again early tuesday to go to the second convention. if I can stay under 485 I will call it a plus because my arms a re looking more muscular.

Did workout twice at the hotel, did a lot of walkign and there was a 5000 ft elevation change going up between home city and convention city.
216.4 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
