早餐:豆漿+麥片
午餐:地瓜、燙小白菜香菇、貢丸兩顆
下午茶:吃了三塊小餅乾
晚餐:炒了炒飯,一半明天中午吃,一半晚餐吃、煎雞腿肉、小白菜拌咖哩醬
宵夜: 葡萄、兩顆剩的水煮蛋(要回台北了把冰箱庫存清掉)、還有我有偷吃海苔😅
