Da Agosto frequento Palestra 3 volte alla settimana con Cardio (40 minuti) + pesi. Contemporaneamente seguo un regime alimentare ridotto (diciamo intorno alle 1500-1700 Kcal/die calcolate/calcolabili, in modo da avere margine)
