2024.03.25 Day228 補紀錄

早午餐:其實是早午餐都沒吃,吃可麗露和茉莉茶凍後,覺得不該吃午餐了😅
晚餐:買菜順帶一小包炸肉,才100g
很認真的煮了三菜一湯,一點麵

終於把日記補回來😅懶了寫因為停滯一陣子,有點沒動力,但我還是都有拍照~~沒復胖但都沒繼續往下,可能我都正常吃沒有再這麼刻意控制份量,但大家說已經瘦很多了,外觀都看得出來,我就慢慢維持往下就好
