Walked a mile with hubby this morning. (Skipped last 2 mornings because of weather) Snacked on lunch in car after ultrasound test this morning. Took a milkshake to a friend who has been ill -- she wasn't home so hubby and I shared it! Rest of the day I have been making up for that indiscretion!
