I have been eating so many cold wraps lately because I can't be bothered to cook. It's getting cold and dark and my depression is growing stronger. At least I'm so used to training 5 times a week, that I still go and sort of even out the lying in bed all day when I just can't bring myself to get up. Trying to stay positive and push through, sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn't.
