I am still shocked at stepping on the scale and seeing it at 245. 25 lbs gone! Only five pounds left until my first goal of 240. It’s been a long journey with a lot of backsliding, but today gave me confidence. Once I hit 240 I’m setting my next goal at 225. Really hope I can get there!
