Hot bath and then went straight to bed ha... guess I needed the sleep. Now I'm awake and feel much better. Starting paragone and reading the body for life - for women. Tons of motivating stories. I changed my goal weight to 105 because I think with the muscle I will be building that is much more realistic. It's been a long time since I've been there. I'm looking forward to fitting into clothes without the "belly hider" Exciting stuff... gotta go get ready for work! I will stick with the awesome Italian Salad I have planned for eats today!
