I went overboard on fats at dinner, plus probably ate more than was wise. Should have saved part for a later "meal."

Very uncomfortable after dinner--the overfull feeling. Very sleepy but couldn't trust lying prone. Went to sleep in sofa with near-sitting position. Awoke at 2 a.m., finally took the mega-Ranitidene, but lying prone in bed didn't work. Have been upright for over an hour now. Am reading the gastroparesis book that arrived in mail today and nibblling on candied ginger.

Resolution: gotta behave myself. I am indeed bothered by too many fats; cutting out fiber is not sufficient to make me comfortable.
